AI Agents are now live in Usedge ! We changed our AI model to offer users more flexibility and more control on the use of AI operations within the workspace. The goal is to support multi-provider inputs as well as multi-models for AI engines.
With this major update, you can now fully customize the reposnse you get with AI, as well as the providers used and the operations performed by the agents.
Unified protocol for all studies We have unified the protocol model to allow a better experience and a learning curve that requires only one single model of protocol to understand. Explorative interviews and Usability testing share the same layout in preparation of the introduction of new scenario models.
Express studies are available ! To facilitate the use of Usedge while keeping the precision and the results, we have introduced a new model for studies. This model is based on topics of discussions and allowing only the import of recordings. Transcript operations and analysis operations remain identical but based on topics and not on usability tasks.
Views are not independant and can be checked at any time by any editor of the workspace In order to facilitate the use of the study model, on the card of the study, you can now have access to the shortcuts to the three key models of Usedge, the protocol, the overview and the recap mode.
Importing sessions getting faster We have introduced a way to pre-fill data from recordings to make video imports in three clicks. New insight experience from recap mode and linking to existing insights You can now create insights from scratch allowing teams to have a better experience while extracting highlights from the recap mode and delivering insights.
Copywriting improvements We have adapted some items and copywriting to allow a better comprehension of the interface and maximum understanding by non-designers.
Move highlights block from one insight to another You now have the possibility to move insights highlights blocks to other insights, this helps maintaining consistent insights and better quality of data.
Multi-editing in reports and whiteboard prevented temporarily while waiting for the live collaboration We are preparing live collaboration topics but in order to prevent erase of data or asynchronous fail in editing elements, we have improved our system to allow only one editor at a time but keeping the access opened to other workspace members.
